Interestingly, after banging my head against P2kCommander for a while, on a whim I re-installed MPT Deluxe and it now works(!). The wizard continues installing the driver.10. I attribute that unscientifically to the drivers from P2kCommander 4.0.0 somehow priming the pump, even though MPT over-wrote the driver during its installation.
