Fantastic + Cheap = Awesome Frapsy / about 7 years ago / 1 / No i mean can i use it for Vm to power the motors? I checked it out and when the power supply was on the current running through the PWM line was 0.02mA.

Frapsy / about 7 years ago / 1 / Can I use a 6.0V -1.7 Ah battery with this? L293d Motor Driver Wikipedia It looks like as long as I have all lows,I still “coast” and so it should be ok to tie STBY to VCC. Ideally, what I would like is a version of the L293D chip that will operate at 3v logic, but this will meet our needs for now. 5 of 5 found this Show All 2 of 2 found this helpful: DC Brushed Motor Life Test.

i used the diagram in the bldr.org to test.

Member #217424 / about 5 years ago / 1 / Yeah I believe I just did the same thing…. This technically has four of them, but looking at the truth table I don’t think you have enough independent control of them to do what you need (hint: it’s missing the Vcc voltage seems to be about 1 volt less that whatever voltage is input to the PWM input voltage.
